These terms apply to veterans and active-duty service members who receive communications from Mobile Audiology LLC in connection with a scheduled audiology evaluation.
By providing your phone number to the contracting agency (TPA) for the purpose of scheduling an audiology evaluation, you may receive SMS text messages from Mobile Audiology LLC or its contracted audiologists. These messages are limited to appointment reminders, logistics information, and pre-appointment instructions.
Message frequency varies based on appointment scheduling — typically one to two messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. To request help, reply HELP.
Our audiology evaluation services are provided under contract with your TPA. Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation of appointments must be handled through your TPA directly.
Mobile Audiology LLC is not responsible for delays or failures in SMS delivery caused by your mobile carrier or device. We are not responsible for any charges your carrier may apply for receiving text messages.
